Ngaroma joins Ihi Research as an experienced interviewer and clear oral and written communicator who has spent the last decade providing support for multiple non profit and community initiatives including immediate disaster relief and co-ordinating logistics with vulnerable communities.
Over the years she has been honoured to work in collaboration with government and NGO’s in a variety of different capacities and has conducted extensive workplace reviews and audits, specialising in providing comprehensive reports.
