Australian Sailing Team Olympic Campaign Review
Project Background
The Australian Sailing Team contracted Ihi Research to review their Olympic Campaigns from Tokyo 2021 and Paris 2024.
The reports present high-level findings developed from survey feedback provided by athletes, coaches, and Aus Sailing staff at the conclusion of each Olympic competition. The reports are catalysts for high-performance review discussions and aid continuous improvement across Olympic cycles.
