Tamara Yuill Proctor (M.Ed) Tamara is a researcher for Ihi Research. She holds a Masters of Education in blended learning and is currently completing her Education Doctorate through Otago University. Tamara has a background in secondary education and middle leadership in schools. She has experience analysing student achievement data, monitoring and tracking shifts in student achievement. Most recently Tamara was the Head of English at St Andrews College in Christchurch. She now works alongside schools for Ihi Research’s adjunct Kaha Education and supports data collection and analysis for Ihi Research.
Tamara’s research interests lie in mixed method methodologies and working with teachers to improve educational and social outcomes.
Tamara is a board member on Knowledge Building New Zealand.
